Ardor’s quality handbook and production system is designed to meet the requirements of ISO9001:2008 and SFS EN 1090-1. Welding is carried out according to ISO 3834-2:n standards. Our quality system covers the production, assembly, installation, and maintenance services of pipes, steel structures, and pressure machines.
Inspecta has awarded our welding quality system with a construction certificate that meets ISO 3834-2:2005 standards, and our internal production quality monitoring that meets EN 1090-1:2009+A1:2011 standards in implementation classes EXC1 and EXC2. Welding coordination is carried out by our production manager, Kari Hyvärinen IWS.
Material and project management at Ardor is carried out using a production control system that starts with the offer calculation and goes all the way to production control and warehouse management. Welding techniques are comprehensive in most of the basic component groups. The installation team is all trained in fire safety and workplace safety. Some of our employees have also been trained in road safety, first aid, and ATEX potentially explosive atmospheres.
