Ardor has delivered prefabricated pipe bridges for several major industrial clients in Finland. The references, Harjavalta, Raisio and Vaasa, together cover hundreds of metres of pipe bridge of different scales, from a 100-metre engine plant bridge to a 650-metre factory bridge and one of Ardor's largest deliveries: 25 blocks for the Harjavalta battery materials plant, the largest of which were 46 metres long and weighed 100 tonnes.

Harjavalta (battery materials plant) — 25 pipe bridge blocks (max. 46 m / 100 t), 10 km of chemical piping with insulation and electrical tracing; one block delivered per week.

Raisio Oyj — ~650 m pipe bridge for a new factory; 20–23 m blocks, fully outfitted and insulated at Ardor's prefabrication facility before delivery.

Vaasa — ~100 m pipe bridge in 12 m blocks, steam-traced and insulated; delivered alongside 15 km of factory piping for an engine plant (2021–2022).

The commonthread across the projects is a high degree of prefabrication: the pipe bridges are built as blocks at Ardor's prefabrication facility, fully outfitted, insulated and, depending on the application, equipped with electrical or steam tracing. The blocks are transported to site and lifted into place, after which Ardor completes the joints, pressure tests, inspections and documentation. The approach significantly shortens on-site lead times and decouples the schedule from site conditions.
