One scope. One accountability.
Ardor delivers piping, steel structures, equipment installations, or modules as a single managed scope. Production runs on PipeCloud, our own system that traces every step from material lot to completed delivery. The client and design team are kept informed on piping progress at every stage.
Process piping for demanding sites
We deliver process piping for power plants, shipyards, process industries, and data centers. Our material range covers carbon steels and austenitic steels. Every piping run is prefabricated, inspected, and documented before it leaves the factory.
Full traceability from material to installation
Every pipe, joint, and weld is logged in a digital system. Material lot, filler metal, welder, assembler, and inspection result travel with the piece end to end. If something needs to be checked years later, the record is there.
Inspection scope is scaled to the project. Our partner runs NDT on our premises, so the schedule isn't held up by an external inspection body.
Every weld and joint completed in the factory is one less to make on site. Our prefabrication rate is among the highest in the industry, and it shows up as shorter site time and predictable cost.


Piping-related steel structures as part of the same scope
Piping-related steel structures are built in the same factory on the same production systems. The dimensions hold, the parts fit together, and installation runs without separate coordination.
EN 1090 -Certified
production
Our load-bearing steel structure production is certified to EN 1090 and CE-marked, so it can be installed in any EU project.
Equipment installations as part of the piping delivery
Most piping projects include process equipment installation. Ardor handles both with the same team, so the client doesn't have to coordinate a separate installation contractor.
One site, one chain of command
When the same team installs piping and equipment, the work fits together naturally. No overlapping schedules, no gray areas of responsibility.
All the way to commissioning
Our responsibility doesn't end at installation. We support commissioning and deliver the documentation the operator needs to run and maintain the plant.


Pipe bridges from design to installation
Pipe-bridge sections are fully outfitted and insulated at the factory. When they arrive on site, they're ready to be installed. We've delivered single sections over 46 meters long.
Prefabricated sections
Pipe-bridge sections are equipped at the factory with the piping, insulation, and steam tracing in place. What's left for the site is lifting and connecting.
Heavy-haul deliveries
We deliver pipe bridges as continuous, ready-to-install structures and plan the logistics and lifts as part of the scope. Single sections can weigh nearly 100 tonnes. The longest runs we've delivered have stretched hundreds of meters.
