This can only be achieved with the support of our suppliers, through adherence to shared business principles.

Our Code of Conduct for Partners defines the fundamental principles in the following areas: environmental responsibility, social impact, business integrity, and transparency. These principles form an essential part of the agreement between Ardor and its suppliers.

Whistleblowing

The whistleblowing channel is a system designed for employees and external stakeholders to promote high ethical standards and maintain trust. It also supports the company’s governance practices and serves as an early warning mechanism to help reduce risks.

The channel can be used to report suspected activities that do not comply with the company’s ethical principles or Code of Conduct. However, it is not intended for customer complaints or personal disputes, which should be addressed through normal channels such as discussions with a supervisor.

Reports can be submitted anonymously or under your name. We recommend providing your name and contact details to support effective investigation of potential violations. All reports are handled with strict confidentiality.

The whistleblowing channel is managed by an external service provider, and the links will take you outside the company’s website.
